What a month....

I know I was supposed to blog more often to keep my family up on what we are doing, but it's so hard to find more than 3 minutes on the computer. Anyway, a few of the things we have been up to are:

*We sold Aric's little old truck and bought a new one that the whole family can fit in. Buying it was quite and adventure, but it was an amazing deal, so it was well worth the craziness.

*We had 6 trees from our backyard cut down. Sad, I know, but they were the thorniest trees I had even seen and the left a huge mess on our porch every spring. Now we have a big mess to clean up with the branches and stuff, but we're already making good progress and our backyard looks so much bigger. And.. believe it or not, we've got spinach coming up back there!

*Brooklyn caught strep last week, and it went to her lymph nodes again. Poor girl couldn't even turn her head last Sunday because her neck was so stiff from the swollen lymph nodes. She's better, but has to take the nastiest smelling medicine 3 times a day (It almost makes me sick to have to give it to her!)

*Brooklyn had a Science fair at school Thursday night. Her project was, "if my dolls were my height, which one would look more like me?". She did lots of measuring and Aric did lots of calculating, and it turns out her My Twinn doll would look the most like her. And yes, Polly Pocket would have a gigantic head:)

*AJ's preschool had a big St. Patrick's day party. They trashed the classrooms and left green glitter and paper everywhere, and told the kids that the leprechauns did it. For the next couple days AJ blamed the leprechauns for every misplaced item in the house. (Couldn't have been him!)

We hope Granny has a Happy Birthday this week!!!
